How to Get Paid What You're Worth?

27 01 2018

Hetepu (Peace & Blessings) Family.
You know this is a hard pill for many of us to swallow but the facts of the matter are that we live in a capitalistic money economy society, which means in order for you to get any income.  You have to compete and work against others and be employed by someone who does not share your best interests. We all compromise our principles and standards in order to get funds in our pocket. In other words, we all sell out.
Yes, we all sell out.  We are all sell outs and if you do not think you are a sellout then you most likely you have no responsibilities and are a leach to those around you, which is worse because you have become someone else’s responsibility.
So, all need to come clean and accept that we are all sellouts and we all sellout in order to feed our family and put a roof over their heads. Now some of us sell out more than others, but essentially it is still the same.
Now, here comes the doozy, so brace yourself.
Whatever you get paid, is what your employer thinks you are worth.  In other words, if you get paid minimum wage…your employer thinks you are worth in some places only $7.50 an hour.  That means you are worth $300 a week ($7.50 X 40 hours).
Think about that. $300 a week to feed, clothe and provide shelter for you and your loved ones. This is not even including health care and other miscellaneous expenses.
Of course, if you get paid $25 an hour. Your employer thinks you are worth to their organization $1000 a week, which by the time we add all of the expenses dwindles down between $400 – $600 for your take home.
The question that you have to ask yourself is “How much am I worth?”
This needs to be asked because a lot of people say they want to make money or they want to get more money but they don’t understand the system. This is the reason your employer may grant you a bonus or a pay raise because they know you do not know your own self-worth, so they nickel and dime you with pay raises and promotions.
And, the only reason we continue to accept the way they treat and pay us is because we do not know our worth.
Understand. I am not telling you to turn down a pay raise, advancement, promotion or whatever. I am not telling you to stop working, so pease do not call me telling me that you quit your job and you need some financial help. I want you to understand that I am not even criticizing or judging how you make your money. How you make your money is how you make it based upon what you think of yourself. I am here to ask you…
Can you make more? Are you really living up to your potential?
You see Family. I am not sure if you see it but slavery never ended. No, physical slavery does not exist in the Americas.  People can walk around without any physical chains but emotional, psychological and economical slavery continues to exist. Just like they paid for $300+ for slaves back in the day, this is what most employers are doing today. They are paying you what they think you are worth, not your potential.
Remember, “they” enslaved brilliant minds who were artisans, philosophers, healers, inventors, etc. and simply forced them to work in tobacco, cotton, sugar and rice plantations because that is what they convinced our ancestors that they were only good for.
So now we have people that want to boycott and march but for what? For the employers to give them more trinkets?
This is like a slave appealing to the Christian ethics of the slave owner and asking to give Sunday off and not to chastise them as much.
No. End slavery PERIOD and the only way to do so is by realizing your self-worth and do for self.
Once you realize that you are not a mindless machine but that you are divine being. You will stop selling out and thinking that the only way you can acquire funds if through your employer.
Wealth is not just money. Wealth can be found in family, friends, connections with others, etc., which can also increase your finances.
So, how do you realize your self-worth?

  1. First, connect with your Higher Self. When you truly understand what your Higher Self is, how all of the greatest inventors had a strong rapport with their Higher Self and what your own Higher Self can do for you. You will begin to understand what you are capable of.
  2. Second, now you should read and study history because you will see the pattern and how history repeats itself. You will find the people who made the greatest, positive impact in this world were all attuned to their Higher Self. Reading and studying history without understanding the nature of one’s Higher Self (Superconscious) is simply the repeating of a list of names, dates and facts. This is why history is so boring and does not serve us in this society. As a spiritual practitioner, we relive history by studying it and consulting our ancestors regarding it, to make better choices than they did.
  3. Finally, do whatever you want that makes you happy, brings you peace of mind and improves the quality of all life. Contrary to popular belief, Charles Darwin found that life was both completive and cooperative. Darwin never coined the racist adage “that only the strong survive” but, it was Herbert Spencer. In fact, Darwin found that the main reason humanity had managed to survive thus far, was because we did not have sharp teeth, claws and fur. Human beings developed the skill to work together, hence cooperate with one another. This is what propelled us to the top in the evolution game. This is the reason the Story of Osar (Asar, Ausar or Osiris in Greek) is essential to our spiritual development because all of our problems are due to the fact that we are engrossed in our lower animal nature and are being manipulated by other lower animal nature individuals. When you understand your self-worth, it becomes evident that you incarnated on the planet for a reason, which means what you provide will help yourself and others. This means there is no real competition because you are unique. The more people you help, the more you help yourself. You are not doing it for the money, but for the love because it ties into your purpose.

Remember, the Kemetic (Ancient Egyptians) were not poor people. They amassed a great wealth because they cooperated (not enslaved) with one another.
So, the next time you go to work and asked to do something that you do not like. The next time you feel that you are being taken advantage of and manipulated.  The next time you get tired of waking up and dealing with the same problems at work. Tell yourself that you are only getting paid what your employer thinks you are worth.
If you want to get paid based upon your potential, you have to do what makes you happy, brings you peace of mind and improves the quality of all life.  This is the only way the Universe will move in your favor.
